CAMACC Systems Wins Business of the Year and Employer of the Year Awards

We’re very proud to announce that CAMACC Systems won both Business of the Year (16+ employees) and Employer of the Year at the ninth annual Crystal Awards for Business Excellence, hosted by the Peninsula Chamber of Commerce.

Ho-Kim“I’m thrilled to hear the news!” says Ho Kim, President and CEO of CAMACC Systems, who learned of CAMACC’s win last night via text message. Kim was in the Lower Mainland with the CAMACC senior management team at a business planning retreat.

“Our entire management team spent the afternoon discussing a Six Sigma analysis of our business processes,” says Kim.  “So it’s very encouraging to be recognized for business excellence in the context of talking about how to continuously improve our business.”

The awards gala, held at Butchart Gardens, was well attended by a diverse cross section of peninsula businesses, politicians and media.

“On behalf of all of CAMACC’s staff, both here on the peninsula and across North America, I would like to thank the Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and the sponsors of the two awards we won, Island Savings Credit Union, and Finlayson Bonet Architecture. Thank you!” says Kim.

“Being chosen for these two awards is a great honour, particularly given the very high quality of all the nominees in all of the award categories,” says Kim. “And more than that, it’s a clear nod to the talent and hard work of CAMACC staff here in our Victoria headquarters, as well as across the country. I am so proud of our team.”
