Due to security settings on some
browsers, the Vigil Web Live Control may not download and
install automatically!
Follow these instructions to insure that the Vigil Web
Live Control is set up properly:
Internet
Explorer (version 3.02 or greater)
Codecs are best supported
using Windows 2000 and above
Download the Vigil Web
Live Controls: Vigil Web.exe (3.20MB)
Locate the downloaded .Exe file. This
needs to be clicked on once the file is
saved to the users PC so that the Codecs are
installed properly. For the Vigil Web
Live controls to be installed properly,
click Yes to any dialogues displayed during
the installation.
Download and
install the Vigil Web Live Controls: Vigil
Web.exe (3.20MB)
Locate the downloaded .Exe file.
This needs to be clicked on once the
file is saved to the users PC so
that the Codecs are installed
properly. Click Yes when
prompted to install the control.

Why do I see where the Live Video is supposed

Security settings in Internet
Explorer are set too high or low to
install control. Downloading
and running Vigil
Web.exe (3.20MB) should resolve
the problem.
Attempting to use version of IE
prior to version 3.02. Upgrade to
IE4 or greater.
Attempting to use Netscape.
Netscape does not support ActiveX
controls. Follow the steps above
to resolve the problem.
