The DVR Health monitor Server/Client software applications were designed to monitor key statistical data of connected DVR's related to their health. If a connected DVR varies from a preset configuration, the application will generate an alarm condition and notify the appropriate personnel or service provider. The DVR Health monitor Server software application is installed on a centrally connected PC and communicates via TCP/IP protocol with connected DVR units. This application runs as a Windows service and setup and configuration is accomplished via the DVR Health Monitor Client software.
